Year 6 enjoyed a truly inspiring enterprise afternoon this week. They were delighted to take part in a Zoom session with Mitch, founder and Creative Director of Shoddy Theatre Company, who shared how he followed his passion for theatre to create his own successful business. The children were captivated by his journey and loved asking thoughtful questions during the Q&A session. Mitch left them with a powerful message: “Find a job you love, and you'll never work again.” https://www.shoddytheatre.co.uk/
The afternoon continued with a marketing challenge, where children analysed a range of sweets and chocolates before designing their own products. Creativity was in abundance, and there was great excitement when they discovered they could take their treats home. Whether they all made it home intact is another question altogether!
